Cheryl Leone, Dave Favor and Beth Leone are the principals of Catalyst Group, Inc. and Law Firm Coach.   Together the three principals have combined management and business experience in excess of seventy-five years.   The three of them bring to the table table a way for professionals to practice what they do best and learn to run a practice with strategic planning, quality assurance, and value management.  More importantly the three believe that quality of life is just as important as quality of career.  All three share a deep belief in the management philosophies of Catalyst Group and the value systems implemented within the management systems.

Cheryl's diverse background in law firm management makes Catalyst an obvious choice for lawyers seeking to restart their firms.   She has worked from the ground up in law firms and has been a full-time General Manager for two law firms before starting her own consulting firm.  Cheryl's forty-two years background in management and marketing is well known and she is a recognized speaker and author.  She is considered the visionary that makes things happen.  Cheryl's strong belief in profitability for firms and client relationship marketing programs gives her clients an edge on the competition.

Dave Favor joined the team eight years ago and his upper level management experience with IBM and private consulting after his retirement has brought a whole new dimension to the art of law office planning and management.  Dave has traveled nationally and internationally teaching high performance training and management.  Dave's focus is on high performance training in law firms, coupled with IT background, that gives law firms of today an edge in the growing field of futuristic law.  Dave is frequently asked to consult with all types of business on strategic planning and quality assurance implementation.

Beth in not only a principal in Catalyst but is a practicing attorney and senior partner for her law firm, Leone, Bender & Seate, L.L.P., based in Raleigh.   She speaks nationally on management and growth issues for small law firms. In 2006 she won Needles Manager of the Year.   Proof of her success is her ability as a partner to develop and manage two major law firms in career.   She is an AV rated attorney and a member of the Million Dollar Advocacy Association.
